What we collect

When you contact us or request a quote, we receive what you send: your name, email, and message details. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service that processes the submission to send it and is subject to its own privacy policy; we do not use your details for anything beyond answering you.

The Storm Watch list

If you join the Storm Watch list, we store your email address and use it for one thing: storm emails for Southwest Florida, a few per year at most, each including how to reach us and how to leave the list. Leaving takes one reply or one click and is honored immediately.

On your device, not ours

A few pages remember things in your own browser to be useful: checklist progress and a date you typed into the deadline calculator. That information stays on your device, never reaches us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Analytics

Today this site runs no analytics at all and sets no tracking cookies. If privacy-respecting, aggregate-only analytics are ever added, this page will say so first; we will not build individual visitor profiles.

Client photography

Documentation photographs of your property belong to you. We retain secured backups only as described in your package, never publish or share client property images without written permission, and never use them in marketing without the same.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share your contact details with third parties except as needed to deliver a service you requested, and we tell you when that applies. Unsubscribing from any email takes one click and is honored immediately.

Advertising

If pages on this site carry advertising, ad providers may use cookies subject to their own policies; any such page will say so. Sponsored placements are always labeled.
